The terms below apply to the 25% MultiBank bonus promotion and are an addendum to the Client Agreement. Please read and understand all terms and conditions that apply to your account.
- The highest MultiBank bonus amount per client is $40,000.
- This bonus can be withdrawn at a rate of $200 for every 80 lots round-trip traded on FX and Metals.
- The bonus can be converted to cash once a month.
- If you withdraw funds from your trading account, any bonus amount that has not been converted to cash will be removed. If you withdraw only trading profits, the unused bonus will stay in place.
- Trading requirements must be completed within 90 days of receiving the bonus. If they are not completed by the end of that period, the bonus is reduced on a pro rata basis.
- If you ask for a negative balance adjustment, the full bonus is removed to cover it. You can deposit again and receive the bonus on your new deposit, as long as you have not reached the $40,000 cap.
- This bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus.
- A client can receive this bonus on one trading account only.
- The offer applies to MT4, MT5 Pro, and Standard Accounts.
- MultiBank Group can correct trading calculations if it finds any misuse or manipulation of the bonus policy or promotion.
- The bonus must be requested within two business days to be credited to the trading account.
- Clients trading under MAM or PAMM are not eligible.
- An internal transfer request from the bonus account is treated as a withdrawal from that trading account. If you want to transfer funds to another trading account, you need to keep a secured amount of equity.
- If positions are closed by stop out before the bonus is added, the client is not eligible for the bonus.
- The bonus applies only to deposited funds in the designated bonus account. Internal transfers do not qualify.
- MultiBank Group may revoke any bonus credited to your trading account, along with any profits or losses linked to it, if misuse is identified.

This cashback program is made for traders who want extra value on their trades. The more volume you trade in Forex and Metals, the more cashback you earn.
Terms and Conditions
- New individual clients can join the cashback program when they open a trading account.
- Existing individual clients can also register. Cashback is based on volume traded after the registration date, so past volume does not count. You can request cashback retroactively for up to 3 months only.
- Only Forex and Metals count toward traded volume.
- The maximum cashback payout is capped at $20,000.
- Clients who register for the program are not eligible for other promotions running at the same time.
- The cashback program is available only to individual clients and accounts that do not generate rebates.
- Scalping trades, meaning trades held for less than 120 seconds, are not included in the calculation.
- All transactions completed under the Customer Agreement, excluding Forex Direct (DMA) trades where applicable, are eligible for a refund.
- Tier sums are measured in millions of dollars notional traded.
- These terms apply to the promotion and add to the Client Agreement. Please read and understand all terms and conditions that apply to your account.
- A client can receive cashback on one active trading account only.
- Cashback is calculated monthly.
